Steve was very thorough finding out exactly what we wanted and offering any relevant suggestions. His pricing was not only detailed, so that we knew exactly what we were paying for, but those of his colleagues (plumber, electrician etc.) were also organised by Steve.

Steve offered us advice when needed and when it came to the fireplace surround he suggested something different to our original idea, and we’re so glad he did. It’s not just the installation – he pays attention to all of the finishing details, and it really shows.
